Shipping Policy

High Desert Forms ships from Southern Colorado.

Processing Times
In-stock retail orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Because our products are made in small batches, occasional delays may occur during periods of high order volume. If an order requires significantly more time, we'll contact you.

Shipping Rates
Standard shipping is $8, with free standard shipping on retail orders of $70 or more. Express shipping is available for $15 where offered at checkout.

Delivery Times
Delivery estimates shown at checkout begin after your order has been processed. Carrier transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at sales@highdesertforms.com. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to redirect it.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@highdesertforms.com. Please include your order number and photos when applicable so we can make it right.
